Hello all, it’s a beautiful sunny autumn day here in Virginia! We have no plans for the weekend, just stuff to do around the house, and that’s the way I like it!

Last night after work, we broke away and spent a little time at our neighborhood winery, Otium Cellars. It was delightful and relaxing just to sip a glass of red, listen to music, nibble on charcuterie for dinner and watch the sun set over the mountains. It’s that time of year when we tend to visit wineries more frequently, now that the club pool is closed until May. I cherish this time of year, since autumn is my favorite season. It actually got chilly and I needed my shawl wrap – yay! I wish it could stay just like this year round, but then I’d miss the other seasons as well. For now, I plan to enjoy it as much as I can. Hope you get out and enjoy nature and life this weekend!
