Welcome to the KISS Challenge – Keep It Simple September Challenge! That’s right, we’re going to keep it simple and fun! I’ll preface this by saying I will do my best to keep up with anyone who participates – please understand that I work full time/overtime and may not get to everyone that same day due to work & travel, but I’ll eventually catch up. When I signed up earlier this year, I had no idea how busy work was going to get this summer/fall. Nor did I realize I would be traveling to Florida this month for my daughter’s “Baby Sprinkle!” I believe in family first, but I didn’t want to back out or let anyone down. 😉
HERE ARE THE “FLEXIBLE RULES”:

* Please don’t sweat it if you skip a day or can’t comment on every other
post. It’s totally cool – if anyone understands about being busy – it’s ME! 😛

1 SEPTEMBER KICKOFF – Introduce yourself in a video, photo or write a few words. Share a fun fact about yourself or what you’re looking forward to this month.

3 KISS – Post a video, share a kiss pic or write about a memorable kiss.

4 NATIONAL SPICE BLEND DAY – What’s your favorite spice and what do you use it in? Write about it, share a recipe or post a photo.

5 POET’S CORNER – Share a favorite poem and a picture or video to go with it if you like. Or write your own using a line from your favorite poem (please cite).

6 YELLOW – Share your favorite yellow thing that is yellow! Write or share a poem, pic or video about it.

7 HARVEST MOON – Today is the Full Moon known as the Harvest or Corn Moon. Share a write, picture, or song about the moon.

8 WILD CARD DAY – You pick, post anything your heart desires!

9 ALL IN A NAME – Is there a meaning or story behind your name? If you could change your own name or name a child or pet – what creative or fun name would you choose?

10 ODE TO SUMMER – Post a short write about a favorite summer memory – or how you feel about summer ending. Photo/video optional.

11 9/11 TRIBUTE – Post a memory of 9/11 – where you were when you found out the news, or how you felt. Or post a poem, picture or video that speaks to you about this tragic day.

22 WELCOME, AUTUMN! – Usher in my favorite season by posting something about autumn – a poem, short write, picture, video, meme.

23 TRAVEL GUIDE – Where’s your favorite place to go on vacation – or where would you visit if you got a free round trip ticket? Include a pic or video.

24 SWEET TREAT – Post about your favorite sweet treat or snack– a poem, meme, pic or video!

25 JEWEL TONES – Immerse yourself in the colors of autumn – share in a short write, poem, video or photo.

26 DON’T WORRY, BE HAPPY – Share something that makes you happy! Include pic, video, poem or meme.

30 COFFE, TEA OR ME – It’s National Coffee Day! Post a picture or write something about coffee, tea or your beverage of choice.
